Jonathan has helped clients resolve hundreds of construction disputes, and represents contractors, project owners, designers, and other stakeholders, in disputes on public and private projects.   He is well versed in all aspects of construction issues, including  payment (liens, stop notices, bond claims), defects and workmanship, delays, claims and change orders, and  bid protests, and subcontractor and product substitutions.

Jonathan provides planning and counseling regarding construction  matters, including drafting and reviewing construction contracts (for owners and contractors), along with designer and vendor agreements.  Jonathan assists  with construction company formation, including creating entities and obtaining CSLB licensure.  He can draft and review company forms  for change orders , liens, and other tasks.

Jonathan provides both litigation and transactional assistance on real estate matters.    He can draft real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, deeds, and other recorded documents.    Jonathan also represents clients in real property disputes, including non-disclosure, border and neighbor disputes, and lease disagreements.
